Payment
We require a deposit of 10% on booking, with the remainder payable 60 days before check-in
Our cancellation policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund
Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in are entitled to a 50% refund
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded
If your travel is prevented by a government-imposed travel restriction you will receive a full refund
Our damages policy
The vast majority of our guests are wonderfully respectful and treat our apartment as they would their own homes. However, accidents happen, and this policy explains how we deal with any issues that may arise. We strongly advise that you check that your travel insurance includes cover for accidental damage to rented accommodation
Should any damage to the property, fixtures, fittings and effects be caused by an act or omission by you or other guests, or pets, in your party we will ask you to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Don’t worry, we are not picky about little accidents like a broken wine glass, but we still need to know so we can arrange replacements
If you spot damages when you check in
If you find any damages at the property when you arrive, please let us know to avoid being charged and to allow us to arrange repairs
If you damage something
Please let us know about any damage – we will try our best to get it fixed or find a replacement as soon as possible
Advising you of charges
We will try our best to let you know of charges as soon as possible and, in most cases, you will be advised no later than 30 days after departure. In some instances we may advise you that there will be a charge but will not be able to tell you the amount until later, for instance if we are waiting for a quotation from someone else
